“This is essential training for any organisation. The content was well delivered by staff with well-grounded knowledge and expertise, and the session was dynamic and interactive. It really got the staff team to think about their personal biases and our institutional practice. It has heightened our awareness and further opened the door for us to continue the discussions about our organisational culture.”

Charity Client

About Us

Narrow Quay HR is always delighted to work with our charity clients. Our HR Consultants can provide your charity with expert HR services that are commercial, pragmatic and creative.

A recent survey highlighted that staffing issues represented the second most significant challenge for charities within the last 12 months, just behind funding. We understand that a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t really work for the range of different charities that we work with so whether you need a complete HR package of services or help with a one-off piece of work, we offer you a range of flexible options and price plans that we can tailor to your situation.

Our HR Consultants will give you reassurance that you are compliant from a HR best practice perspective and give you with the time and confidence to focus on other things. We really understand your time pressures and the need for you to receive timely and cost effective professional HR advice.

We will work collaboratively with you in understanding your charities needs and requirements. We won’t just tell you what you can and can’t do, we will work with you to find a solution that works best for you, and aim to become your trusted HR provider, especially in challenging times.

“Chambers often tell us that HR is one area where they feel additional insight is needed, as it’s easy to get things wrong – and costly when this happens. VWV is a reputable firm and trusted Bar Council partner, so we anticipate this additional provision being of particular value to our colleagues in chambers’ management.”
